He is currently the Assets Manager of Josepdam Real Estate Limited. He is a young and vibrant Estate Surveyor and Valuer, who has continuous ten (10) years of experience both in the financial and real estate sectors. He is a graduate of Estate Management and Valuation from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. Since the inception of his professional career in Real Estate, he has been involved in the management of over 400 properties, both Residential and Commercial. He has also been involved in Various Valuation exercises for individuals, financial institutions, state government, the federal government, multinational companies, and corporations. Most of the Lagos State Government valuation exercises that he was privileged to be among the team that executed were based on Financial Reporting and Audit purposes. He was also involved in the Gas Plants valuation exercise of NNPC, where all the gas stations in Kogi State were valued. He was also the team lead that carried out the Viability Appraisal of the popular Oshodi Interchange Terminals (Terminals 1, 2, and 3). He was also a vital member of the Compensation Valuation exercise of Gaya Township Road, Kano State. He had also carried out some Valuation exercises for AMCON like Capital Oil and Gas Tank Farm Valuation. He has also been involved in some Lagos State Infrastructural and Assets Valuations, just to mention a few. He has also been actively involved in other aspects of real estate for the firm he currently works with. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and also a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
